Banglapedia or the National Encyclopedia of Bangladesh, is the first Bangladeshi encyclopedia and an intellectual output of over 1200 scholars, is so far the most comprehensive reference work on Bangladesh from high ancient period to date. In it users will have access to all branches of knowledge concerning Bangladesh. Banglapedia has over 5,700 entries in six editorial categories, each of which is overseen by an expert editor,as well as over 2,000 single and four-colour illustrations and 2,100 cross-references.
